Floral, orange blossom, citrus aromas. Full palate flavour with fresh citrus, floral and faint hint of apricot. Nice sweetness rounding out the flavours with a nice crisp finish.

Melon, green apple, peach, citrus and toasty oak dominate the nose and palate on this wine. It is a medium bodied chardonnay with nice acidity, supported by French oak barrel fermentation.

Fruit was harvested at 12.5 baume . Whole bunch pressed and then juice immediately run off to French oak barriques. We used 3o% new Damy and Billion barrels. The wine was fermented on solids in the barrel and allowed to mature on lees for 9 months. Bottled: January 2007
